Hummus
Alfalfa sprouts
carrot
avocado
red cabbage
raw mango
Method
Chop all ingredients in short strips
Trim the sides of the leaves so they are fairly rectangular
On one end of each leaf place alfalfa sprouts, hummus followed by all the veggies and herbs
Roll up leaves into a roll
Serve and enjoy!
