Mixed Leaf Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing

    Ingredients: Others

    Onion

    Fresh Dill

    Olive oil

    White vinegar

    lemon juice

    feta cheese

    pinch of sugar

    pepper and salt.

    Method

    Wash and dry all produce and place all salad ingredients into a large bowl

    For the dressing add 3 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tbsp of white vinegar, 1 tbsp lemon juice and some salt pepper and a pinch of sugar according to taste

    Whisk the dressing well

    Pour it onto the salad and toss it well until thoroughly coated

    Top it off with some crumbled feta cheese
