Mushroom rice bowl

A warm and wholesome nutritious meal packed with mushrooms, bean sprouts and spring onions.

    Ingredients: Others

    Cremini Mushrooms

    Bean Sprouts

    Cooked brown rice

    Soy Sauce

    Sriracha sauce/chili sauce

    Vegetable oil.

    Method

    Heat the pan over medium heat and drizzle vegetable oil (3tbsp)

    Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they are 75% done, about 5 minutes

    Add your bean sprouts and cook until tender

    Add 2 cups of brown rice and Spring Onions

    Mix all ingredients and heat for 4 minutes stirring occasionally

    Add 1tbsp of soy sauce and salt and pepper

    Top with some basil and fresh spinach

    Serve with Sriracha (to taste) and dig in!
