Ocean in a Bowl

This refreshing tropical smoothie bowl is sure to make you feel like you are on a beautiful island!

    Ingredients: Others

    Kiwi, 1

    Frozen Pineapple, 1/4 cup

    Banana, 1/2

    Fresh Mango Chunks, 1/4 cup

    Chia seeds, 2 tsp

    Coconut water(according to your preference)

    Method

    Add all the above ingredients in a blender

    Puree until smooth for about 30 seconds to a minute

    Add coconut water as per your preferred consistency

    You would want it fairly thick for a smoothie bowl

    Top it off with some fresh fruits, berries and some nuts of your choice!
