Spicy Garlic Kale Chips

Snacking can be healthy too! Toss your potato chips because these spicy garlic kale chips are here to stay!

    Garlic

    Red Chilli Flakes

    Olive oil

    Salt

    Method

    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C

    Pour Olive oil (1/2 cup) into a wok and add 3-5 cloves of garlic in the cold oil

    Turn on the heat to medium –high

    Remove the garlic chips when they turn a very light golden brown color

    Use 2 tbsp of garlic oil from the previous step and drizzle over the Kale

    Toss the Kale thoroughly to coat them in oil

    Arrange the Kale leaves on a baking tray and sprinkle salt and chilli flakes

    Bake for 18-20 minutes or until crispy

    Once done, top this up with garlic chips!
