    Milk

    Banana

    Kiwifruit

    Honey

    Grated ginger

    Method

    Blend milk (1 cup), Fresh Spinach (1 cup), Parsley (1/4 cup), banana, kiwi fruit, honey and fresh ginger until smooth

    Taste adding more honey if needed

    Place a slice of kiwi fruit in your Popsicle mold

    Pour in the green smoothie to fill each mold, then freeze until hard
